Centrally placed in the restaurant are the some of the unique elements of the restaurant. A large pizza oven which is used by the guests to make their own pizza  with help and guidance from the in-house chefs is the focal point of the place. An abstract version of their logo ‘the sun’ is placed around the opening of the oven and the rays of the sun radiate from here to the rest of the place along the floor highlighting the corridors and the various counters. Other food concepts in the restaurant like ‘food shots’ – a conveyor belt dishing out cold cut starters, the desert counter and the main buffet counter are all placed along the rays of the sun in the floor.

Cane used in various forms becomes an important feature giving the place warmth. In the outdoor area, it is also used as an important lighting element that attracts the attention of the people moving around in the busy outer ring road outside. Metal modular frames act with random exposed filament bulbs and back-lit raw silk blue fabric modules act as distinctive screens and drop lights.
